Cydnee Inmon is a Fine Artist whose work uses nature, natural forms, and a bit of science to represent her feelings towards the relationship art has with life and its documentation. She represents this complex relationship with iterative prints, sculptures, and digital works. She often tries to work as closely to nature as she can, taking direct spore prints and hand burnishing tree slices, to create the most authentic piece possible. The people around her tend to have a significant influence on her work, either providing a shared memory to base it on, or allowing her to use their life story in a piece. Other times it is simply her own appreciation for nature and what it provides us. Overall, her artwork is an extension of self.
